“YeniseyEcoproduct” is only fresh-frozen boletus edulis processing and supplying company in Krasnoyarsk region. The proseccing of boletus edulis takes 3 hours after picking. Experienced pickers make widespread net, which pick mushrooms and berries in the most ecologically clean areas of the region.
To provide IQF method it’s used devices with hand charging of product, productivity is 14 ton/ 24 hours at the temperature -35°C, speed of air motion is 2 meter per second.
Frozen mushrooms are packed into corrugated box with polyethylene sack inside; salted mushrooms are packed into special plastic barrels for food; berries are packed into polypropylene bag with polyethylene sack inside.
Finished products are kept in freezing chamber at the temperature -20°C (+/-2°C).
All products are marked according State Standard 14192 and satisfied all normative documents of the Russian Federation.
At the moment it’s developing own Trade Mark to packing products.
